Cons
This job is 24/7. As you abound your clients, so does the time into your personal life
Thank you for your review and our five star rating. For Brokers we do accept a articulate nine stages of promotion and y'all are right our commission is uncapped. Nosotros are always very honest that the role tin cross over in to personal fourth dimension, however we have also invested in 24/vii operations and depending on your partitioning there are other support functions. If always hours become a challenge delight do speak with your managing director or a member of Hr. Thanks Katie Ivie, HR Director

Thanks for taking the fourth dimension to get out this review, nosotros are pleased to read your pros. Sorry we weren't able to adjust your mean solar day shift asking, which I know tin can be a challenge with united states being 247. Skilful luck with your next career selection. Former Employee, more than three years
Pros
Nothing to share positive here
Cons
This company loves to rent and they dear to fire! No 1 is safe from their job, they will pull the rug right out from under you. The president is extremely emotional and acts on his emotions merely. The function is run similar a high schoolhouse, rather than a professional person business. Every bit far every bit confidentiality goes, information technology's nonexistent. Hr discusses Business organization similar a daytime talkshow. I do not recommend working here.

Former Employee, more 1 year
Pros
The role and on-site facilities are nice and there are lots of pleasant people working within the visitor. The Hour team are all very approachable and friendly simply they have unfortunately not been given much to work with from the CEO or owner.
Cons
At that place is a toxic civilisation, originating from Justin Bowman and Chris Leech, who unremarkably bully other staff across the system in order to maintain their form of order. Pay and benefits are ordinarily used selling points for the organisation, which is truthful for sales staff, however, non-sales employees are commonly provided with poor pay packages and minimal progression opportunities. Company benefits are poor with minimum holidays being provided and no increment in these for the first 3 years of employment. The company rewards longevity much more than than it does talent or hard work, with many of the company's Directors having been promoted from within, as they had been deemed to accept fulfilled their tenure as sales staff. This has led to a structure full of 'silos' with niggling communications between each of these, making information technology hard for the support functions within the organisation to efficiently complete their roles. Turnover of staff is extremely high due to the culture and full general level of unhappiness inside the arrangement.

As we haven't had anyone that fits your profile go out the marketing department in the last few years we are assuming you left some time ago? Whatever the reasons that led to you posting this now, we don't believe your comments reverberate the reality of the experience for the bulk of u.s.a. at ACS. The truth is reflected in the numbers in our view. 50% of us in non-sales roles take been at ACS more than iv years and 20% take been at ACS for more than than ten years. The boilerplate tenure in the marketing department currently stands at v+ years, which is above average, especially because that within this effigy we have expanded our team extensively over the past few years bringing the average tenure downwards due to new starters. Whilst we understand you were clearly unhappy personally, we don't feel that our high levels of employee retentivity would take been achievable with a "toxic civilisation" creating loftier levels of unhappiness. As for our benefits, depending on your country, we offer vacation in excess of minimums, healthcare, many days off for special occasions, company events, free meals in our bottle along with the Christmas bonus for non-sales employees, which are non poor benefits in our view based on comparisons with most other companies and have been in identify for some time now. In regards to operating in silos, whilst internal communications for a company with 28 offices around the world is always going to be a challenge, in that location are extensive advice channels betwixt departments such as a weekly meeting betwixt all department heads including sales and not-sales departments, and the commercial director even attends the weekly internal marketing coming together to ensure that sales and non-sales are aligned. And then once again we don't feel that your comments reflect ACS how it is today. I am lamentable if you didn't savor your time with ACS, whenever that was, only nosotros hope that you have found a role that makes you lot happy. Thanks Katie Ivie, HRD
